Shipping Policy
Orders of in-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are picked up by FedEx Monday - Friday at 2:30pm EST (excluding weekends and holidays). Any order placed after 2:30PM EST will be processed the following business day. Due to our extensive selection of styles, sizes, and colors, some items may periodically be out of stock. We will do our best to make sure all items are back instock as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation including a tracking number.ALL ORDERS OVER $100 WILL REQUIRE SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY
We will not be responsible if you can not provide a signature or solution to ensure delivery from FedEx.
Free Shipping
We will ship your order free once you reach a dollar amount of $100 (before tax). Any order of $100 (before tax) and above will be shipped free to addresses in the 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii (via Fedex Smart Post or US Postal Priority Mail).Standard Shipping
Most orders will ship via Federal Express Ground.Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, and P.O. addresses are all sent via Fedex Smart Post or US Postal Priority Mail. Standard delivery times are 5-9 business days. papi will only ship to Domestic addresses.
Choosing Fedex 2-day OR Fedex Standard Overnight WILL NOT ship via Fedex 2-day or Overnight to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, and P.O. addresses. Instead please choose FedEx Ground (will ship via Fedex Smart Post or US Postal Priority Mail) to ensure the most economical shipping rate. Saturday delivery is not available with any of our shipping options. Please plan accordingly.

All sales are FINAL.Due to health code regulations and store policy, papiinc.com DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on underwear, hosiery, loungewear, or swimwear. Returns or exchanges due to an error on papiinc.com's part will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please send an email to: info@papiinc.com. If approved, you will be provided with an RA# (Return Authorization Number) along with instructions on how to ship the item. An RA# is required. papiinc.com reserves the right to refuse any item for a refund, return or exchange that does not follow our policy or guidelines for returns or any other reason deemed unacceptable.
